Houston Skilled Consultancy is hiring reliable and motivated Warehouse Picker / Packers to join our logistics team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position offers weekend and night shifts, with weekly pay and an immediate start. You will play a crucial part in our supply chain by ensuring orders are accurately picked, securely packed, and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order sheets or handheld scanner instructions.
- Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Meet or exceed daily targets for picking and packing.
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards before packaging.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth warehouse operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
