Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Store Manager to oversee our online retail operations on Shopify and Amazon. This is a fully remote position, ideal for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of digital retail platforms, marketplace strategies, product optimization, and end-to-end store management. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring seamless operations, and managing the customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of our e-commerce stores on Shopify and Amazon.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profit margins.
- Handle inventory management, product listing optimization, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and Shopify standards.
- Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, and returns processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate email campaigns, social media ads, and influencer promotions.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, cart abandonment) and provide actionable insights.
