We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Assistants who are already in the UK under a Tier 2 visa and looking for sponsorship swap opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-standard personal care and companionship to service users in their homes.
Support clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding.
Administer or prompt medication as per care plans and compliance protocols.
Monitor and record clients physical and emotional well-being, reporting concerns to senior staff.
Provide support with household tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation.
Accompany clients to appointments or social outings where necessary.
Build positive, respectful relationships with service users and their families.
Follow all safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must currently hold a valid Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) Visa and be eligible for sponsorship transfer.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it) is desirable.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Empathetic, patient, and committed to delivering person-centred care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
Good understanding of UK care standards and regulations.
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum 6 months experience working in a domiciliary, community, or residential care setting in the UK.
Familiarity with UK care documentation and digital record-keeping systems is a plus.
Working Hours
Flexible working options available: Full-time, Part-time, and Weekend Shifts.
Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional overnight duties.
Rotational schedule including alternate weekends.
