We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Assistants who are already in the UK under a Tier 2 visa and looking for sponsorship swap opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-standard personal care and companionship to service users in their homes.

Support clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding.

Administer or prompt medication as per care plans and compliance protocols.

Monitor and record clients physical and emotional well-being, reporting concerns to senior staff.

Provide support with household tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation.

Accompany clients to appointments or social outings where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must currently hold a valid Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) Visa and be eligible for sponsorship transfer.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it) is desirable.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly preferred.
Experience

Minimum 6 months experience working in a domiciliary, community, or residential care setting in the UK.

Working Hours
