As a Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing products according to order specifications. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where efficiency, reliability, and precision are critical.
Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and follow digital picking instructions.
- Check products for quality, quantity, and condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Ensure packaging is secure and meets shipment requirements.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
- Follow company policies and health & safety standards at all times.
- Participate in basic inventory checks and stock management.
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina – able to lift, bend, stand, and walk for long periods.

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is an advantage but not mandatory. Full training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
Working HoursFull-Time: 40–48 hours per week. Shift Patterns: Day shifts, evening shifts, weekend rotations available. Overtime available during peak periods (paid additionally).
