Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to elderly and vulnerable clients in their homes or residential care settings.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Support with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs.
- Monitor and record health conditions, and report changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Administer medication as prescribed and in accordance with training and guidelines.
- Offer emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to promote client well‑being.
- Adhere to care plans, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with CQC standards.
