Amazon is seeking a Virtual Shipping and Delivery Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support related to shipping, delivery, and tracking. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations of the delivery process. Key Responsibilities:
