We're looking for a driven and personable Corporate Membership Manager to join the Mashie Golf team. This is primarily a sales role — you'll be responsible for winning new corporate accounts while also nurturing and retaining our existing corporate member base. Reporting to: Membership Director

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development (Primary Focus)
    • Proactively identify and pursue new corporate membership opportunities across target sectors
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to generate leads and support campaign activity
    • Collaborate with Mashie's brand ambassadors to open doors and build credibility with prospective accounts
    • Partner with the wider Membership team and other internal channels to maximise conversion opportunities
    • Represent Mashie Golf at networking events, golf days, and corporate hospitality opportunities
  • Account Management
    • Serve as the primary relationship contact for existing corporate members, including accounts such as Google, Cloudflare and CBRE
    • Conduct regular check‑ins to ensure corporate members are engaged, active, and getting value from their membership
    • Proactively organise and facilitate golf activity for corporate accounts
    • Manage renewal conversations well in advance, ensuring strong retention rates
    • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing corporate base

What we're Looking For

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or membership sales
  • Confident, credible communicator — comfortable engaging at senior/executive level
  • A genuine love of golf (or at minimum, a strong willingness to play regularly)
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage a pipeline independently
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability and availability to travel and work outside of normal 9-5 working hours when permitted.

OTE £50,000 per annum
