Relocate to a private island in Australia for an Executive Chef position at a high-end, multi-award-winning luxury boutique hotel. The property has been voted the No.1 Boutique Hotel in Australia & South Pacific since 2020.

Salary and Package:

  • Base salary circa $110k AUD + Bonus
  • Private on-site accommodation
  • All meals, bills, internet, laundry & monthly outgoings provided

The food philosophy focuses on world-class ingredients, exceptional seafood, beautiful presentation, and flavours that allow the produce to shine. Candidates should have experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-standard rosetted environments (minimum 2 Rosette level or equivalent).
