The package includes:
- Base salary circa $110k AUD + Bonus
- Private on-site accommodation
- All meals, bills, internet, laundry, and monthly outgoings provided
The food philosophy focuses on world-class ingredients, exceptional seafood, beautiful presentation, and flavours that highlight the produce. Candidates should have experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-standard rosetted environments (minimum 2 Rosette level or equivalent).
