Head Chef Production / Head Of Production required β A proven Head Chef Of Production is required to head up the production team of a very successful business that is going thru a period of growth. You will be working very closely with the Directors β setting up next level processes & systems & building out the team as the business readies it self to scale up. There will be food development responsibilities with this role as the Directors look to drive the current food offering.
The business has at least 1 new opening already penned this year with more in the pipeline. We have been asked to put a search out for the very best high quality Head Chef Production / Head Of Production talent in London. You must have strong experience of high volume production & ideally have a good working understanding of high volume working systems. The business prepares 100\\\βs kg\\\βs of prep per day that are created up into a finished product. This is not the norm. It is not just about leading. We are inviting applications from those with outstanding H & S & food safety track record & you must have worked in either busy single site fresh food CPU\\\βs or multi site restaurant business CPU\\\βs where there is a focus on healthy, on trend food. You must come to the table with the right level of management experience and have the confidence & commercial nous to work closely with the Directors to help drive & navigate the business through its future growing plans. This is a very fast moving privately owned group so decisive decision making & a tenacious management style are a pre-requisite.
Salary on offer has a range of up to Β£60k DOE. However, if you are earning upwards of that you should still apply.

Responsibilities
- Head up the production team and drive the transition of processes and systems to support scale-up.
- Lead food development efforts to advance the current food offering.
- Ensure high-volume production operations are efficient, compliant with safety standards, and aligned with HS & food safety requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Directors to steer the business through growth plans with decisive, tenacious management.
- Maintain focus on health-conscious, on-trend food within busy single-site fresh food CPUs or multi-site restaurant CPUs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Head Chef of Production or Head of Production in high-volume environments.
- Strong HS & food safety track record; knowledge of high-volume working systems.
- Experience in busy single-site fresh food CPUs or multi-site restaurant CPUs with a focus on healthy, on-trend food.
- Effective leadership and management experience; ability to work closely with Directors and drive strategic initiatives.
- Decisive, commercially-minded with a proactive, fast-moving approach.
