A high flying Hotel Executive Chef wanted for a very well known, established, high end property with multiple outlets working to Michelin Bib Gourmand standard that sits on a sprawling Lake District Country Estate. Salary is negotiable up to £75k + Bonus. High quality accommodation can be provided for those looking to relocate for an interim 3/4 month period to assist in a smooth relocation.
This role is NOT the norm. Our client is fully committed to finding a highly skilled, professional Executive Chef. The plan is to attract a level of talent to this role that aligns perfectly with the directors’ ethos, someone that can elevate the current food offering and can be central to the strategy for the business for the long term.
You will be working in lockstep with a group of highly successful director entrepreneurs who are well financed and bring a sense of calm, consistent decision making and a proven commercial acumen.
Our client is looking for a professional, diligent & skilled Executive Chef with experience of leading similar high quality hotel kitchens ideally at 4*/5* end of the market. The directors are keen to hire a successful & proven entrepreneurial Executive Chef who also has a proven track record over the long term.
This will be a hands-on Executive Chef role – leading a team from the front.
