The food philosophy focuses on world-class ingredients, exceptional seafood, beautiful presentation, and flavours that allow the produce to shine. This role is not for someone chasing Michelin Stars but for established Executive Chefs with experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-standard rosetted environments (minimum 2 Rosette level or equivalent).
