This is an Executive Chef role that isn’t going to be for everyone. It’s aimed at an Executive Chef who is growing tired of the thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it - or an Executive Chef at that 'sweet spot' in their career who thinks their only two options are to either get a move managing a larger team and push for a group role within 6 - 12 months or set up on their own.
It’s for an Executive Chef who knows that there is a lot more to running a large scale kitchen operation than just running shifts. It’s for an Executive Chef who wants the term 'my guests' to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it’s for an Executive Chef in companies who don’t want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing better to offer them.
