Non-Executive Director Role – Location: Remote (UK, Europe, or US-based)
Time Commitment: 0.5 day per month
Compensation: Fully Negotiable
Sectors: Commercial Real Estate / Large Scale Facilities Management / Large Scale Construction Organisations or closely related industry sectors.
- The Ideal Candidate will have Pan European or Global experience or an exemplary high level background in very large scale businesses where there is a focus on large scale occupiers of buildings. For example – those with NED / CEO experience in companies such as – ISS, Sodexo, Compass Group, CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, JLL’s FM division, Aramark, Serco Group, Mitie, GDI Integrated Facility Services, Atalian Servest, VINCI Facilities, OCS Group / Bidvest Noonan, Bouygues/Equans.
- G4S, Securitas, Prosegur, Allied Universal, GardaWorld, Loomis AB, Brinks, ICTS, etc.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director to join our clients board and bring strategic input, governance oversight & a deep understanding of the markets they operate in.
You will bring:
- – Deep networks & experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- – Major Retail or Property Portfolios
- – Facilities Management (FM) across pan-European or global operations
- – Building Engineering or Infrastructure Services
- – Prior Board-level or NED advisory experience in a scaling business
- – A sharp strategic mind with an ability to challenge, stretch and shape thinking
- – Familiarity with corporate governance best practice
- – A global perspective—ideally with experience in both UK and international markets
What You\’ll Be Doing
- – Attend monthly board meetings (remote)
- – Provide strategic input on go-to-market models, partnerships & operational scale-up
- – Make targeted introductions to potential partners and clients in key sectors
- – Ensure governance, ethics and risk oversight keeps pace with our growth
- – Act as a sounding board to the CEO and fellow board members
