This would suit someone who has a passion & a keen interest in true health food & lifestyle.

This is not a typical marketing role. We are not looking for someone to build PowerPoints, manage agencies, write strategy documents or manage a large team. We are hiring a driven self-starter that can work autonomously & create content that actually performs.

The Role

Our client is looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to take ownership of content and social growth. This role involves:

  • Creating content that drives attention → builds brand → converts into revenue.
  • You’ll be responsible for building a strong social presence that drives:
  • In-store traffic
  • Brand awareness across London
  • Inbound enquiries for their Catering side of the business

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shooting, editing and posting content daily
  • Creating high-performing Reels, TikToks and short-form video
  • Capturing real-time content in a live restaurant environment
  • Growing social channels organically
  • Identifying trends and turning them into content quickly
  • Building a consistent and recognisable brand voice
  • Creating content that actually drives customer behaviour

What We’re Looking For

This is a content-first role, not a traditional marketing position. You should:

  • Create content yourself (not brief it out)
  • Understand what drives views, engagement and shares
  • Be confident filming and editing content
  • Be comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment
  • Think commercially — not just creatively

What Good Looks Like

  • You understand how to grow social accounts
  • You’ve produced content that has generated strong engagement
  • You know how to turn attention into action

Ideal Background

You’ll likely come from:

  • A health food QSR or food to go concept
  • A fast-growing restaurant or café concept with a health offering bias
  • A lifestyle or food brand with strong social presence

Have a passion for a healthy lifestyle.

What This Role Is Not

This role is not suited to:

  • Traditional marketing managers
  • Agency-only backgrounds
  • Pure strategy roles

Why This Role Is Different

  • You’ll have full ownership of content and social
  • Your work will directly impact revenue
  • You’ll be building a brand, not managing a channel
  • Fast-moving, creative, hands-on environment
  • Ability to work very closely with the Founder
