Fine Dining Restaurant Manager – City – Up To £60k – No Nights or WeekendsIntimate, upscale operation requires a Fine Dining Restaurant Manager as it looks to fire the business forward with exciting plans for the next 12 months. The business comprises a very smart dining room, full of character – offering an excellent standard of food & service. This is a stunning building in a beautiful, high end location in the business district serving a discerning professional, corporate clientele. The food is of a 3/4 Rosette standard.Our client is looking for a strong Restaurant Manager with fine dining experience, impeccable standards & a track record of exceeding guest service satisfaction. This will be a hands on role leading from the front and & would suit someone who wants to break free from their current company constraints & shoot the lights out with their next move. The client is keen to interview those with the potential & capability to take on a regional role within the first 6-12 months.Brilliant hours – 40 per week as standard – no nights or weekends .The client is open to candidates from high quality restaurants – ideally rosetted or very high quality boutique / country house hotel backgrounds but you must have been working at Restaurant Manager or F & B Manager / Op\’s Manager level for a minimum of 4 years.We see this as probably the most straight forward Fine Dining Restaurant Manager role we will recruit for this year – details will be shared for those with the requisite experience.If this sounds like you – send your CV over & we\’ll have a look a it for you.
