We’re working with a fast-scaling SaaS business (Series C funded) building a genuinely high-impact product used by leading law firms globally. They’re now looking for a hands-on Delivery Manager to take ownership of delivery across multiple product squads.
This is NOT a Project Manager role. This is NOT an Agile Coach role. This is for someone who owns delivery, drives execution, and gets things shipped. You must have hands-on experience delivering within a SaaS / product-led business and have operated in a startup or scale-up environment. This is a strict requirement.
The Role
You’ll sit at the heart of Product & Engineering, working directly with founders and senior leadership to ensure delivery is sharp, focused, and moving at pace. You’ll be the person who:
- Owns delivery across multiple engineering teams
- Keeps priorities aligned and execution tight
- Removes blockers quickly and decisively
- Brings clarity where things are messy or ambiguous
- Pushed for decisions when needed (including upwards)
- Ensures teams are delivering real value — not just output
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Driving delivery across multiple product squads
- Working closely with engineers and product managers day-to-day
- Managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
- Using data/metrics to improve delivery performance
- Creating just enough structure — without slowing things down
- Keeping momentum high in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Delivery Manager / Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master
- Significant experience working within SaaS / product-led businesses (ESSENTIAL)
- Proven experience operating in startup or scale-up environments (ESSENTIAL)
- A track record of delivering in fast-moving, high-growth environments where structure is evolving
- Experience owning delivery across multiple teams or product squads
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity — bringing clarity, structure, and momentum where needed
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with and challenging senior leadership
- A hands-on operator mindset — someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes, not just process
Important
We are specifically looking for candidates who have built their experience inside SaaS / product companies. Candidates with backgrounds primarily in large corporate environments, consulting / transformation roles, or agency or client-delivery businesses will not be a fit for this role.
You’ll Likely Be
- A Senior Scrum Master ready to step up into a broader delivery role
- OR a Delivery Manager looking for more ownership and impact
You’ll enjoy:
- Working closely with engineers
- Being in the detail when needed
- Solving problems quickly
- Taking responsibility for outcomes
Why This Role?
- Real ownership of delivery across a scaling product
- Direct access to founders and decision-making
- High-impact role in a growing SaaS business
- Remote-first (UK-based)
- Opportunity to shape how delivery operates as the company scales
If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, move fast, and make a real impact — we’d love to hear from you.
