This is a Group Executive Chef role that isn’t going to be for everyone. It’s aimed at Head Chefs who are growing tired of the thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it - or a Group Exec Head Chef at that 'sweet spot' in their career who think their only two options are to either get a move managing a larger team & push for a group role within 6 - 12 months or set up on their own.
It’s for an Executive Head Chef who knows that there is a lot more to running a restaurant business than just running shifts. It’s for Head Chefs who want the term "my guests" to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it’s for Head Chefs in companies who don’t want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing better to offer them.
