Brilliant opportunity for a seasoned commercial leader to join one of the most exciting LegalTech scale‑ups as it moves into the next stage of its growth journey. Our client has just secured its 3rd round of major investment and is now building the engine that will take the business from founder‑led success to global scale — and that’s where you come in. It’s a commercial growth leadership mandate that sits right at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, GTM Strategy and Client Experience.
You’ll be designing and building the systems, processes and team that turn inbound demand into structured, repeatable growth. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with the founders, translating vision into a data‑driven go‑to‑market machine — one capable of handling thousands of inbound requests while keeping our clients trademark “white‑glove” service standards firmly intact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and lead the full Sales & Marketing function from the ground up.
- Design and deliver the go‑to‑market plan: ICP, channels, messaging and funnel metrics.
- Architect the systems, automations and processes that make scaling seamless.
- Recruit, develop and lead a commercial team that will grow to around 50 within 6 months.
- Keep client experience flawless — every enquiry captured, high ratio of demos converted.
- Provide the founders with clear commercial visibility, performance metrics and growth insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading Sales, Marketing or Growth in LegalTech, FinTech, RegTech or a related B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands‑on experience building scalable inbound‑to‑sales systems — ideally in rapid startup or scale‑up environments.
- Track record of recruiting and scaling teams (30–100+) while maintaining performance standards.
- Entrepreneurial, data‑led and process‑driven — you thrive in fast‑moving, founder‑led environments.
- Comfortable working with US‑based clients and collaborating across time zones.
