About the Role:
As a Weekend Care Assistant, you will visit service users at home and provide person-centred care that helps them live as independently as possible. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with personal care routines
- Supporting with medication and mobility
- Preparing meals and helping with eating or drinking
- Offering companionship and reassurance
- Helping with household tasks
