What You’ll Do
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support adults who want to remain independent in the place they feel safest: their own home. Your visits may include:
- Helping with personal care and morning/evening routines
- Supporting with meals, medication reminders, and mobility
- Light household tasks to keep the home safe and comfortable
- Building meaningful friendships through conversation and activities
- Providing companionship that truly enriches someone’s day
You’ll see many of the same clients each week, giving you time to build trust, consistency, and confidence together.
Who You Are
- Living locally in or near Wandsworth, Lambeth or Dulwich
- Warm, reliable, patient and compassionate
- Good at communicating and naturally approachable
- Comfortable using a phone/app to log visits
- Able to offer some weekend availability
- A walker or driver — walkers especially encouraged to apply
- Experience isn’t essential — your values are.
