Bluebird Care – Trafford area is looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our community care team supporting clients across Trafford. This is a part-time position with flexible shifts and guaranteed hours after probation for a portion of your committed weekly hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate domiciliary care to clients in their homes in the Trafford area
- Deliver client-led visits with tailored support and not rushed appointments
- Support clients with daily living activities, personal care, mobility and wellbeing as required
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team
- Ensure a high standard of safety and infection control in line with company policy
What We’re Looking For

- Flexibility to work within agreed schedules
- Willingness to include some weekend availability (pro rata based on hours)
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- Successful completion of probation period to unlock guaranteed hours
