Flexible Working:
- Morning shifts available: 7:00am – 12:00pm
- Flexible weekday shifts between 7:00am – 10:00pm
- Zero-hours contract with the flexibility to suit your availability
Guaranteed Hours After successfully completing your probation, you can secure up to 50% of your committed weekly hours, giving you greater income stability.

What You'll Be Doing Every day is different. You'll support adults to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes by helping with:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Household tasks
- Supporting clients to access their local community
We're Looking For People Who Are:
- Kind, compassionate and dependable
- Passionate about providing outstanding care
- Able to commit to regular weekly hours (for example 10, 20 or 30 hours)
- Flexible and reliable
- Able to work some weekends on a pro-rata basis
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
- Successful completion of probation to qualify for guaranteed hours
