Salary: Up to £27,000 pa (fte salary pro-rata\’d to match hours worked)
Location: Office-based (Chester & Flintshire), with occasional care delivery

Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? We re looking for a dedicated and ambitious Senior Carer to join our supportive and growing team. This full-time or part-time , salaried position offers a blend of office-based responsibilities and hands-on care when needed, providing a fantastic opportunity to transition into a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence.
  • Mentor and support new care staff, fostering a culture of best practice and professional growth.
  • Monitor and support compliance with company policies and care standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely care documentation and compliance records.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide hands-on care when needed to maintain continuity for clients.

Requirements:

  • Compassionate, friendly, and proactive with a dependable nature.
  • Previous homecare experience (a senior title is not required).
  • Willing to work alternate weekends.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred or working towards).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rota (one weeknight and one weekend in four).

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Experience in a supervisory or senior care role.
