Your Role:
- Work 1:1 after school with a child, alongside another carer, accessing the community
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with personal care (including continence support)
- Support with meals, drinks, and snacks
- Administer or support with medication
- Be a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for the children you support

What We’re Looking For:
- A kind, compassionate attitude with a calm approach to care
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans accurately
- Previous experience supporting children with Autism (beneficial)
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
