Are you an experienced Registered Care Manager looking for more than just another management role?

Our client is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Registered Care Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service in Monmouth. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a branch with huge potential, developing both the service and the team while making a genuine difference to the lives of people in the local community. Currently delivering approximately (Apply online only) care hours per month, the branch has strong foundations and is now looking for the right leader to drive the next stage of growth.

The Role

As Registered Care Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care while supporting the continued growth of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
  • Ensuring compliance with all CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Leading, motivating and developing the office and care teams.
  • Driving business growth and increasing care hours.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and the local community.
  • Supporting recruitment, retention and staff development.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of care and customer service.
  • Managing branch performance, quality and compliance.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines outstanding leadership with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager within domiciliary care.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience growing care hours and developing a successful service.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
