Due to the success of our retained service across the country, we are looking for a Recruitment Client Partner to join our team in Yeovil.

Role Overview
You will work from home but be needed to attend weekly meetings in Yeovil. In this role, you will act as an extension of our clients' teams, managing the recruitment process and building strong client relationships to drive recruitment success. This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills and a solid administrative background, though previous recruitment experience would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Partnership: Serve as a dedicated liaison between Mash Care and assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to understand and fulfil client needs.
- Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from crafting job adverts and screening applications to coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
- Service Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Job Description Collaboration: Work closely with clients to review and update job descriptions and person specifications.
- Reporting: Manage responses and report on recruitment metrics and success rates regularly.
- Issue Resolution: Ensure timely delivery of recruitment services and resolve issues as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Track and analyse client account metrics to forecast trends and drive ongoing improvement.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects within client relationships, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, either agency or in-house with a strong focus on managing client relationships and the recruitment process.
- Ideally from a care or education background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
