The role

As a Care Professional, you’ll help older adults live independently at home by providing:

  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Home help and light housekeeping
  • Personal care
  • Support with outings, appointments, and social activities

No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

Pay & benefits

  • Hourly rates
  • Mon–Fri: £14.00 per hour (after 8pm £15 per hour)
  • Sat/Sun: £15.60 per hour (after 8pm £16.60 per hour)
  • Plus:
    • Paid travel time (between visits)
    • Paid mileage - 30p per mile
    • Double pay on Bank Holidays
