At Home Instead Maidstone, we’re looking for kind, reliable early risers to support our clients in the mornings — helping them start their day with dignity, comfort, and a smile. This isn’t rushed care. Our visits are a minimum of one hour, so you’ll always have time to connect, chat, and provide the quality care people deserve. We’re proud to be rated CQC Outstanding — and it’s our team that makes that happen.

What You’ll Do
- Morning routines & personal care
- Preparing breakfast & light housekeeping
- Friendly companionship (yes, that includes a chat and a cuppa)
- Supporting independence at home
Hourly Rates
- Mon–Fri: £14.00 (after 8pm £15.00)
- Weekends: £15.60 (after 8pm £16.60)

- Paid travel time between visits
- Mileage (30p per mile)
