The Company

Our client is a successful and growing firm of financial advisors who are well known for providing an exceptional service to their clients.

Role

We are currently working with our client to recruit for a Financial Administrator working Monday-Friday at their offices based in Ferndale. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and really make the role your own. The role will involve supporting the Advisors and delivering a high level of professionalism to ensure the clients receive an excellent service.

Daily duties will include:

  • Answering the phone
  • Monitoring the admin inbox
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Supporting the advisors and clients throughout the application process
  • Liaising with investment and pension providers to make sure clients are kept updated regularly
  • Work to FCA approved standards, ensuring work is compliant and within data protection guidelines
  • Data entry to keep the company database up to date and allow monthly commission payments to advisers
  • Providing efficient administrative support to advisors and keeping them regularly updated
  • Support other members of the administration team during absences due to holiday or illness

If you have prior experience working within Financial Services this would be highly beneficial however full training can be provided for the right candidate.
