What You’ll Do:

Every visit is different, but the goal is always the same — helping someone live safely and happily in their own home. You’ll support with:

  • Personal care and daily routines
  • Medication reminders and meal support
  • Mobility and confidence around the home
  • Light household tasks
  • Companionship — because connection matters

You’ll regularly see the same clients, allowing you to build trust and make a real difference.

What You’ll Receive:

  • £15.00 per hour
  • Double pay on peak days
  • 35p per mile mileage allowance
  • Paid DBS (refunded after probation)
  • Fully paid training, induction and shadowing
  • £400 refer-a-friend bonus
  • Clear progression into Senior or Lead roles
  • Minimum 1‑hour visits — giving you the time to care properly.
  • Flexible shifts available – Monday to Friday option or Weekends only option. Care is provided between 06:45 – 21:30 Monday to Sunday. We’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
