We’re inviting dedicated care professionals to join our team providing person-centred, one-to-one support to individuals in their own homes. As a live-in carer, you’ll be the heart of someone’s daily life, offering both practical support and genuine companionship. You’ll help your client maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort — while building a meaningful relationship based on trust and respect.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and mobility support
  • Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring clients eat well
  • Supporting with medication reminders or administration (as trained)
  • Helping with household tasks – light cleaning, laundry, and errands
  • Offering companionship and emotional support, ensuring clients feel valued and secure
  • Reporting and recording care notes accurately

Each placement is unique — you’ll be matched with clients whose needs align with your experience and skills.

What We Offer You

  • £120 per day, paid promptly and reliably
  • A balanced 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota — ideal for rest, travel, or family time
  • Nationwide placements – we welcome carers from across the UK
  • Comfortable accommodation provided while on placement
  • Support from a friendly and professional care team, available when you need them
  • Ongoing opportunities to grow your skills and experience in care

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking compassionate, professional carers who genuinely care about the wellbeing of others. To join our team, you must have:

  • Previous live-in care experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
  • The right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
  • A kind, patient, and reliable nature
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Willingness to work on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off basis
  • Non-drivers are welcome — driving is not essential for this role

Why Work With Us?

We understand that being a live-in carer is both rewarding and demanding. That’s why we make sure you’re supported, respected, and valued every step of the way. You’ll have a dedicated care coordinator, regular check-ins, and ongoing development opportunities to help you thrive in your role.
