We’re now looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team in a hybrid role, combining branch-based support with hands-on domiciliary care in the community. About the Role
This role offers the best of both worlds:
- 15 contracted hours per week supporting the branch team in the office
- Additional flexible, ad hoc hours delivering high-quality domiciliary care to our customers

Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Team with office administration
- Assist the Field Care supervisors with training and people management
- Assist the Care Coordinators with scheduling and client satisfaction
- Deliver person-centred, high-quality care tailored to individual needs
- Support with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration
- Assist with medication in line with care plans
- Build trusted, positive relationships as a familiar and friendly face
- Support branch operations and care coordination during office-based hours
