The Role

We’re looking for kind, compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of older adults.
No prior care experience is required — your empathy, reliability, and willingness to learn are what matter most. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Shift Patterns (flexible options available):

Morning and evening shifts available (mornings especially welcome)
Morning shift – 07:00 to 15:00
Evening shift – 17:00 to 22:00
Weekend availability (every other weekend)
Full-time and part-time hours available As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
Provide personal care and support (e.g. bathing, dressing, medication reminders)
Offer companionship and build meaningful friendships
Support with household tasks and meal preparation
Accompany clients to appointments, shops, or social activities
Help create a safe, comfortable, and happy home environment What We’re Looking For:
A kind, caring, and respectful nature
Reliability and trustworthiness
Good communication skills and a friendly approach
Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team
Availability to work every other weekend
A full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle No formal qualifications are required, personal, voluntary, or professional experience in care is warmly welcomed.

What You’ll Receive:
Excellent pay: £13.00 per hour, plus milage

Blue Light Card Additional Information: This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
