Pay & Benefits That Reward You:

  • £13.50 per hour (Monday – Sunday)
  • Double pay on peak days
  • Extra pay for picking up visits outside your usual hours
  • 35p per mile mileage allowance
  • Paid travel & waiting time
  • Paid DBS check (refunded after successful probation)
  • Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 hours per week) after probation
  • Paid training – earn while you learn
  • £400 Refer a Friend bonus

  • Minimum 1-hour client visits — no rushed calls
  • Flexible shifts between 06:45am – 21:30pm, 7 days a week
