Pay & Benefits That Reward You:
- £13.50 per hour (Monday – Sunday)
- Double pay on peak days
- Extra pay for picking up visits outside your usual hours
- 35p per mile mileage allowance
- Paid travel & waiting time
- Paid DBS check (refunded after successful probation)
- Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 hours per week) after probation
- Paid training – earn while you learn
- £400 Refer a Friend bonus
Flexible Work That Fits Around You:
- Minimum 1-hour client visits — no rushed calls
- Flexible shifts between 06:45am – 21:30pm, 7 days a week
- Every other weekend availability required (minimum)
