Hours: Part-time, flexible within morning (7am–3pm) and/or evening (5pm–11pm) availability

As a Home Care Assistant, you\’ll support older adults in Enfield to live safely, confidently and independently in their own homes — where they feel happiest.

Whether you\’re experienced or completely new to care, full training and ongoing support are provided.

What you\’ll do:

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Support with meals, medication and daily routines
• Assist with mobility and safe movement around the home
• Offer companionship, reassurance and emotional support
• Carry out light housekeeping where needed
• Help clients enjoy meaningful, fulfilling days

Every visit is at least one hour, giving you time to build genuine connections.
