Pay & Benefits

  • Fixed weekend salary of £180 + mileage.
  • Includes a 12‑hour guarantee; any hours worked beyond 12 will be paid as additional.
  • To qualify for this salaried rate, candidates must be available to work at any time across the weekend.
  • Double pay on peak days.
  • Additional pay for picking up a visit outside of usual activity.
  • 35p per mile mileage.
  • Paid DBS check (refunded after successful probation).
  • Paid training – earn while you learn.
  • £400 refer‑a‑friend scheme.

Flexible Shifts & Work Culture

  • Minimum 1‑hour visits with clients.
  • Flexible shifts available (care is delivered between 06:45am – 21:30pm every day).
  • Full availability on Saturday & Sunday required.
