Your Role Will Include: Delivering person-centred care based on individual care plans. Supporting clients with complex needs, including: Tracheostomy care PEG feeding Catheter and stoma care Ventilator management Epilepsy care Assisting with medication, mobility, and personal care. Providing emotional and practical support to clients and their families. Promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. What We’re Looking For: Experience in complex care or a similar setting (preferred but not essential). A compassionate and patient nature with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. A valid UK driving licence (preferred). NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
