What You’ll Be Doing As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll provide personalised care tailored to each client’s needs:
Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene while respecting privacy and dignity
Health Support: Monitor medical conditions, administer medications, support mobility, and use specialist equipment
Tailored Care: Support individuals with complex needs, including neurological conditions, dementia, physical disabilities, and long-term illnesses
Emotional Wellbeing: Provide companionship, encourage engagement, and support mental and emotional health
Daily Living Assistance: Help with meal prep, light housekeeping, and shopping to maintain independence
Care Records: Keep accurate, up-to-date records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams Every shift is an opportunity for you to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
Who You Are We’re looking for someone who is:
Compassionate, patient, and caring
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Holder of a UK driving licence (preferred)
Experienced in complex care (desirable but not essential)
