As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll provide one-to-one care and support for individuals with complex health needs in their own homes — ensuring each person feels valued, safe, and respected.

What You’ll Do
Every shift is different, but your expertise and compassion always shine through. You’ll:

Support with personal care — washing, dressing, and grooming with dignity and respect

Provide health support, including medication assistance, mobility help, and monitoring medical conditions
*
Deliver specialist care for clients with neurological conditions, dementia, physical disabilities, or long-term illnesses
*
Offer companionship and reassurance, supporting emotional wellbeing and engagement
*
Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping
*
Keep accurate, up-to-date care notes to ensure excellent communication with the care team
