Driver: Essential
Mileage: 40p per mile

Pay Rates (Case Management / ICB Level 3):

Monday to Friday (Day): £14.60/hour
Saturday & Sunday (Day): £17.12/hour
Monday to Thursday (Night): £16.60/hour
Friday to Sunday (Night): £17.99/hour
Holiday Pay: Not included in hourly rate – separate holiday pay scheme available
Are you a compassionate, experienced care professional looking to support children and young adults with complex needs? We’re recruiting for Complex Care Assistants to work across Tetbury and Gloucester, providing specialist, person-centred support both at home and in the community.

About the Role:
You’ll be supporting children and young adults with a variety of complex care needs. Your responsibilities may include:

PEG feeding tube management
Postural support and positioning
Providing safe, engaging support during community outings (cinema, bowling, etc.)
Assisting with and supporting holidays or short breaks
Delivering care in line with care plans and clinical guidance You’ll be joining a supportive team and making a real difference in the lives of the individuals and families you care for.

Shifts Available:

Flexible day and night shifts
Weekdays and weekends
Consistent rotas based on individual client packages
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in complex care or working with children/young adults with additional needs
Driver with access to a vehicle (essential)
Compassionate, reliable and able to work independently
Willingness to learn and adapt to each individual’s unique needs
Right to work in the UK
