Pay Rates:

Monday to Friday (Day): £15.00/hour
Monday to Thursday (Night): £17.00/hour
Saturday & Sunday (Day): £16.00/hour
Friday to Sunday (Night): £18.00/hour
Sleep-in on Call (Monday to Sunday): £13.00/hour
Holiday Pay: Not included – additional holiday pay scheme available
Mileage: Reimbursed (rate to be confirmed)
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join a 2:1 care team supporting a young male client in Bath (BA2). You will work alongside a Nurse to ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered day and night.

About the Role:

This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting the client with both clinical and daily living needs. Duties include:

Epilepsy management
Catheter care
PEG/Mikey Button feeding and medication administration
Weight monitoring and nutrition support
Community access and engagement in activities
Supporting safe and meaningful day-to-day routines and overnight care
You will work as part of a consistent team delivering either 4-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour shifts, depending on the care plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in complex care, particularly with PEG feeding, epilepsy, and catheter care
A driver with access to a vehicle (essential due to location and shift patterns)
A proactive, reliable, and compassionate approach to care
Confidence working in a 2:1 team with clear communication skills
Right to work in the UK
