Are you an active, friendly, and reliable individual who enjoys getting out and about, connecting with others, and making a real difference? We’re looking for a Male Support Worker (Driver) to support a gentleman living with paranoid schizophrenia. This is a unique, rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful, one-to-one connection while supporting someone to live a full and active life in the community.

About the Role:

  • 15 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
  • At least 1 in 4 weekends – ideally every other weekend
  • Support with community-based activities, outings, and general companionship
  • No personal care involved
  • Must be comfortable around dogs – daily walks with his dog are part of his routine
  • Opportunity for additional hours through our wider care services

Hourly Rate:

  • £13.00–£14.00 per hour (Weekdays before 5pm)
  • £14.00–£15.00 per hour (Evenings & Weekends)
  • £20.00 per hour (Bank Holidays)
