What You’ll Be Doing

Caring & Supporting: Providing companionship, personal care (bathing, toileting), medication administration, and mobility assistance—helping clients live their best lives.
Supervising in the Field: Conducting medication reviews, spot checks, and home visits to maintain top-notch care standards.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborating with healthcare professionals, developing person-centred care plans, and taking part in the on-call rota to support your team.
Spreading the Word: Helping to promote our services locally and spending one day a week in the office. What We’re Looking For

UK driving license + reliable vehicle (sorry, teleportation isn’t an option yet!)
Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards it).
Weekend availability (every other weekend).
Strong care background—leadership experience? Even better! What’s in It for You?

Salary: Starting at £27,000 per year
