About the Role
Home Instead Barnet provides high-quality, relationship-led care to older adults in their own homes. We’re looking for kind, reliable Healthcare Assistants to support clients with day-to-day living while building meaningful, long-term relationships. No previous care experience is required — full training and ongoing support are provided.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, medication reminders)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or activities
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
