Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Partnership Liaison / Networking Co-ordinator to strengthen and expand our presence across West Leicestershire. This individual will forge strong partnerships with healthcare providers, local authorities, charities, and community groups to raise awareness of Home Instead’s services and grow client referrals. A solid background in the care sector and proven experience in networking or partnership roles are essential. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, GP practices, hospitals, social workers, and community organisations. Networking: Actively attend local networking events, exhibitions, community groups, and forums to promote Home Instead’s services. Lead Generation: Develop strategic partnerships that result in qualified client referrals and service growth. Community Engagement: Represent Home Instead at local community events, talks, and initiatives, ensuring positive brand awareness. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a partnership and networking plan aligned with the agency\’s growth objectives. Care Knowledge Application: Use your care knowledge to confidently promote Home Instead’s high-quality, person-centred approach, ensuring credibility and trust with external partners. Reporting: Maintain records of activities and provide regular updates to the management team on partnership activities, opportunities, and outcomes. Requirements: Previous experience in a domiciliary care, healthcare, or related care environment. Strong knowledge of the care sector and understanding of the needs of older people. Demonstrable experience in partnership building, community engagement, or business development. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment. Confidence in representing the company externally and building rapport with diverse audiences. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously. Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (role involves local travel).
