The Role
We are recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Manager, a key leadership role within our Operations team. You will oversee Sleeving, Despatch, Warehouse, and Transport functions to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role demands operational leadership, people management, and a focus on continuous improvement — all within a safe and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations across Sleeving, Despatch, Warehouse, and Transport
- Lead and manage teams to ensure engagement, safety, and performance
- Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure timely customer deliveries
- Implement efficiency improvements and cost‑saving measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards
- Monitor KPIs such as service delivery, stock management, and wastage
- Collaborate with internal departments to support wider business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in warehouse and logistics management
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Strong people management and team leadership skills
- Experience in both inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Ability to drive improvements and enhance operational performance
- Knowledge of warehouse management and transport systems
- Transport Manager CPC (or willingness to obtain)
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
