Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Location: On Site (between Dundonald and Comber)

Reporting to: Head of Operations

Hours: 45 hours per week

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

We are recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Manager, a key leadership role within our Operations team. You will oversee Sleeving, Despatch, Warehouse, and Transport functions to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role demands operational leadership, people management, and a focus on continuous improvement — all within a safe and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across Sleeving, Despatch, Warehouse, and Transport
• Lead and manage teams to ensure engagement, safety, and performance
• Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure timely customer deliveries
• Implement efficiency improvements and cost‑saving measures
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards
• Monitor KPIs such as service delivery, stock management, and wastage
• Collaborate with internal departments to support wider business goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in warehouse and logistics management
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Strong people management and team leadership skills
• Experience in both inbound and outbound warehouse operations
• Ability to drive improvements and enhance operational performance
• Knowledge of warehouse management and transport systems
• Transport Manager CPC (or willingness to obtain)
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
