Mash Direct, commutable from Belfast, Dundonald, Comber, Newtownards, is hiring for multiple Production Operatives on a full-time, permanent basis for the evening shift, 5pm–3am.

These are full-time, permanent positions, working 45 hours per week with a premium rate (110%) paid on 46 hours and above.

Applicants must be 18 years of age, have a good command of spoken and written English.

What your job is all about:

Working for an FMCG company, you will prepare and/or package Mash Direct food products, working to a busy schedule.

Job Duties may include:

  • Preparing and peeling vegetables for production
  • Manual handling of prepared goods
  • Operating machinery to produce quality product
  • Weighing and quality checking product lines
  • Sealing products
  • Sleeving
  • Meeting wastage targets
  • Basic clean down of machinery
  • Following Health and Safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

Work Hours

The regular working hours are 45 hours per week, working 5 days per week, typically Monday – Friday. Rosters may include Monday – Sunday during peak production.
