Mash Direct is seeking a New Product Development Manager to lead the innovation pipeline for our fresh, farm‑to‑fork brand. You’ll own end-to-end NPD from concept to launch, translate trends into ownable Mash Direct products, and partner with Technical, Operations and Commercial teams to scale ideas.
You’ll drive an evidence‑based pipeline, manage trials and costings, and build strong relationships with retailers and food service customers, ensuring every launch is viable and true to our brand.
